Private technology practice

Who exactly can see your things — and can you trust him.

That is the real question, not whether you can afford help. Trube Technologies is one person, permanently, who knows your devices, your accounts, and the people who have access to them — before you finish explaining a problem.

One person, reachable now — we put the AI in avAIlability.

Your devices and accounts

Phones, laptops, cloud storage, the logins that hold your calendar, your money, and your movements.

Your household

Family members' devices, home networks, and the staff or contractors who need some access and no more than that.

Your travel

Connectivity and access that keeps working wherever you are, without a new provider to explain yourself to every time.

How it actually works

One relationship. Not a ticket, not a rotation.

Most people don't need a help desk. They need someone who already knows their systems, their people, and their priorities before they finish explaining the problem.

  1. You reach one person, directly. Not a queue, not a tier system routing you toward whoever's free. The same person who set up your accounts is the one who answers when something breaks at 8pm.
  2. Offboarding a person with access happens in minutes, not a ticket cycle. When someone's access needs to end — an employee, a contractor, anyone — severance is immediate. Verified in practice, every time it's been needed, not a policy on paper.
  3. Every hour is logged the way an attorney bills — in half-hour increments, itemized monthly, so there's never a guess about what you're paying for or why.
  4. Nothing routes through a stranger. A prior provider's typical response time was measured in weeks. This one is measured in the time it takes to pick up the phone.

The structure

A named principal, permanently — with a bench behind him.

Trube Technologies is built the way a law firm is built, on purpose. Brandon's own framing:

"With a law firm, each individual has their own clients, and those clients work directly with that one individual. The only time anybody else might be brought on is if that one individual needs assistance for something larger than they can handle on their own, if they want consultation with a peer, or if that person's just unavailable and somebody can step in to cover. But that one individual will be the person who services your account. Always."

What that actually means for you

  • He personally oversees every account, no matter how big or small — never handed off and forgotten.
  • Every partner operates through their own insured company — general liability and errors & omissions coverage, not an informal arrangement.
  • Trube Technologies owns the client relationship, not the individual servicing it — so you are never stranded if one person's availability changes.
  • Any partner can reach him directly for a second opinion on your account — the combined experience of the whole bench, reachable through the one relationship you actually have.
"Trube Technologies is as important to my business as my attorney. If something's not working, they fix it — fast, and it's fixed right. I don't worry about IT anymore. I just call them." Shad Martin, Owner, Legacy HydroX

Who trusts this with their exposure

The technologist behind a protective detail.

Trube Technologies is the CTO of Borgia Executive, an executive protection firm whose own clients are public figures — built the platform their protective work depends on, and holds the communications net — the single point every radio call routes through — during live events. Their principals are never named here, by us or by them. That absence is not a gap in the page. It is the same discretion working correctly, one layer up.

A quieter proof

Two firms that split, and kept the same technologist.

Legacy HydroX and Nouvo Rev were partners, then separated, and now compete in the same industry. Both still work with Trube Technologies. Both know it.

No testimonial says this as plainly as the fact itself: two competitors trust the same person with their technology and their confidence, after a split that would have given either one reason to leave if the discretion weren't real.

The person, not just the practice

Twenty years of being the one who actually shows up.

Brandon has run Trube Technologies since 2000. Before that and alongside it: building enterprise service desks from nothing, including one supporting over a thousand users, and managing teams across multiple shifts for organizations that could not afford downtime.

He holds FEMA incident-command and emergency operations center training (ICS, NIMS, EOC operations), and is a licensed amateur radio operator, General Class, callsign KDØHTI.

Trube Technologies built and maintains the IT and emergency-communications infrastructure for R.A.C.E.S. of Sedgwick County, Kansas, a division of Sedgwick County Emergency Management — where Brandon also serves as their volunteer Training Officer. Not a client relationship. He's part of the organization.

The same discipline runs through the technical side: A+ certified, HDI-certified in support-center operations, and — the credential that actually matters here — the person who answers is the person who already knows your systems, every time.

What this actually costs

Three ways in, one number published.

The same discipline that runs the company side of this practice: a real floor, itemized hours, and no guessing at what you're paying for.

Published rate

Personal

$5,000 / mo

37 included hours — the same minimum retainer this practice runs for its smallest company clients, sized instead around one person.

Your devices, your personal accounts, your home network, and the handful of people who legitimately need access to any of it.

Household

By consultation

Scoped to what's actually there — more than one family member, a real staff roster, more than one property.

Everything in Personal, extended across a full household: family devices, domestic staff and contractor access, connectivity that holds up wherever you travel.

Family Office

By consultation

For multi-property households and the people already coordinating a protective detail, estate staff, or both.

Everything in Household, plus direct coordination with the security and estate staff you already have — one technologist who already knows the whole operation, not a new introduction every time.

The three private-client technology and security firms checked against this page — Gavin de Becker & Associates, White Glove Protection Group, Concentric — keep every number off their public sites. This page publishes one on purpose: the floor, so you know what "in" actually costs before you pick up the phone.

Coming next

The scattered account you already have.

Company files in a personal Gmail. A client matter tracked in a personal Drive because it was faster than waiting on IT. Most executives already live this way — it's the exact problem TrubeAKR, our custom built AI driven knowledge retrieval system, is designed to reach into safely.

In development — not yet available, no launch date to promise. Full detail on the company page.

The part that matters most

Your data stays yours. It lives in your own storage, never migrated out. Cancel, and the tool goes dark — your files stay exactly where they always were, untouched.
